Delivery & Refunds

How the files reach you, how to change your mind, and how the money comes back, frame by frame. The tinted frames carry the cancellation wording, and three of them are the words the regulations lay down rather than ours.

Scene

How finished clips are handed over, and what happens if you cancel or something is wrong.

Edition

16 September 2026. A changed page is published here carrying a later date, and the edition that governs an order is the one in force on the day the order was confirmed.

Frame 01

What arrives

Files, and nothing but files. Nothing in an order is a physical item.

Frame 02

How it arrives

By email, or on a download link where the files are too large to attach.

Frame 03

The date it is due

In the order, and counted from the day the last thing we were waiting for arrives.

Frame 04

If nothing arrives

Tell us, and it goes out again the same day we hear.

Frame 05

How payment is taken

Pounds sterling, one total, tax inside it, and no payment field anywhere on this website.

Frame 06

Changing your mind

Fourteen days from the day the contract is made. The next three frames set it out.

Frame 07

Right to cancel

The model cancellation form this text refers to is in frame 12 of this page.

Reproduced word for word from the model instructions on cancellation in Part A of Schedule 3 to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The regulation writes that text with footnoted alternatives: the alternative for a contract for services is used, and our name, address and email are inserted where the footnote calls for the trader’s details. The limbs dealing with goods and with the cost of returning them are left out, because nothing in an order is a physical item and nothing is posted.

Frame 08

Effects of cancellation

The reference to the costs of delivery is part of the statutory text; no order here carries a delivery charge.

Frame 09

Material handed over straight away

This frame is our own wording, not a quotation: it states the position regulation 37 sets.

Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 takes the right to cancel away only where supply begins with the consumer's express consent and with an acknowledgement that the right will be lost. There is no checkout on this site, so both are taken in the written order confirmation instead. The words below are ours, written to state that position plainly; they are not reproduced from the regulation.

Frame 10

Giving notice

A clear statement is enough, and the day you send it is the day that counts.

Frame 11

When the money comes back

Within 14 days, by the way you paid, with nothing taken out of it.

Frame 12

Model cancellation form

Copy it into an email, or print it and post it. Using it is optional.

The model cancellation form set out in Part B of Schedule 3 to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, reproduced word for word, with our name, address and email inserted where the form calls for the trader's details.

Frame 13

If the clips are not right

These remedies come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and apply whatever else this site says.

Frame 14

Complaints

Acknowledged within 3 working days, answered within 14.
